Dear Sir

You have handed to us $5000 Lake Erie Wabash & St Louis R. R[3]. bonds viz Nos. 1516 @ 1520 for $1000 each first mortgage bonds, to be held by us for safe keeping for your account & risk.

The Coupons due on said bonds on 1st Feb & 1. Aug in each year we will as you direct collect & remit proceeds to Mess. [H.?] Zellweger[4] & Co Paris to be by them paid [p. 2] to Mr James Whistler
