My dear Whistler -
I return you Mr Ulrichs letter[2]- The funny thing about it is, that I have never heard a word from any one since Mr Starr[3], wrote me saying he was sorry I had not [p. 2] let him know sooner I would part with the picture[4] - That was 2 months ago -
I wonder where the telegrams & letters went to. It must be a change to you, to see the complimentary articles in English papers & magazines - At last!
