Cher Maitre -
Henley[3] writes me that you will do something for the Society of Illustrators[4] - naturally the Society will be delighted.
The size of the the [sic] page is 8 x 6 inches: - The work is going ahead [very?] [p. 2] [well?] it will be most varied - Abbey[5] has sent a lovely thing - also Sandys[6] also May[7] also about sixty others. I really think it will be rather an eye opener.
But it waits for a Whistler
Yours
J Pennell
