Dear Mr Whistler

With a good deal of difficulty I have been able to get a few more sheets of the paper[2] so I send it down for you to go on with. I shall try and get some more as soon as possible[.] Will you please let us know by the bearer what you have decided upon about the exhibition[3] as we are obliged to settle the date of closing this one

I have had another letter from the American gentleman[4] about the latest f French etchings[5]. If you would let me have a good selection at once I am sure I could do business

Yours faithfully

Ernest G. Brown.

James Whistler Esq
