Dear Mr Ellis -

If you are able to come down here on Saturday at about 2 o'clock, we might look out the paper together and possibly I should be able to startgo back with you on my way to the printers to try the plate[3] -

I propose to assist myself this time at the printing and see the thing thing [sic] through - Also I have a proposition to make with reference to a future etching[4] upon which I should like to hear your opinion - [p. 2]
