3.  Fulham Road
On 11 October 1884 JW leased a studio at 454A Fulham Road and moved in during December. JW and Mary Maud Franklin (1857- ca 1941), JW's model and mistress [more], were living at the 'Pink Palace', The Vale, Chelsea, by February 1885. He gave up the Vale and Fulham Road studio in the summer of 1888.
