Notes:

1.  [1 November 1886]
The list is dated at the top of the sheet, but it is possible the second group of sales occurred later.

2.  Thomas McLean
Thomas M. McLean (b. ca 1832), print dealer and publisher [more].

3.  MsD
The list is in JW's ledger but not written in his hand. The totals of each list are double underlined.

4.  Dam Wood
The etchings listed are The Dam Wood (K.145), Lord Wolseley (K.164), possibly A Child on a Couch, No.2 (K.125), Nocturne: Salute (K.226), Alderney Street (K.238), Regent's Quadrant (K.239), Chelsea Wharf (K.89), possibly Maude, Standing (K.114) or Maude, Seated (K.115); the second list includes The Smithy (K.240), Price's Candle Works (K.154), Fruitshop (K.259), The Fish-Shop, Busy Chelsea (K.264), The Little Forge (K.147), Little Dordrecht (K.243) and Boats, Dordrecht (K.244). These include recent etchings. The first half of the list is similar to that noted on a letter from T. Maclean to JW on 22 October 1886 (#03725).
