The document is dated 'March 1873' but relates to the case of Marks v. Whistler, taken to the Court of Common Pleas on 31 March 1873 (#12118). Notes on the back of the document relating to JW's settlement of the account are dated up to 7 August, which corresponds with the final settlement (#11972).
