George Tacchi (b. ca 1841), painter and picture frame maker [more], to whom JW owed £41. 9. 4. (see affidavit, #12045). JW was unable to pay the debt and the same sum appears against Tacchi's name on a list of creditors in JW's bankruptcy papers (#11926).
