William Achong (b. 1826), chinese laundryman [more]. JW was declared 'insolvent' on 6 May 1879 and this document came with JW's bankruptcy papers to James Anderson Rose (1819-1890), solicitor [more]. Achong was among the creditors listed by Rose (#11926) and by the London Bankruptcy Court (7 May 1879, #11711).
