Frederick Rowe (b. ca 1831), baker and confectioner [more]. This account appears to have been sent by Rowe to Theodore Frederick Allingham (b. 1845), solicitor [more] (see F. Rowe to T. Allingham, #13254). Allingham seems to have dealt with a number of JW's debts to tradesmen around this time (see, for example, T. Allingham to N. Thierry, #08959). It eventually came with JW's bankruptcy papers to James Anderson Rose (1819-1890), solicitor [more]. See list of creditors, #11926.
