Dated by comparison of writing and paper with other menus (see #06868, #06883).
#06908, #06909 and #06911 are on similar laid paper. The butterfly on #06911 is like that on #06912.
The supper menu, written in French, consisted of caviar, oyster soup, fried sole, lobster mayonaise, macaroni with butter, and coffee.
