London

20 May 1892.

Dear Sir,

Leyland[2], 'The Princesse[3]' is indeed beautiful & we shall see that it goes for a good price. Very possibly we shall buy it ourselves. The sale is attracting a good deal of attention, but there are so many at present that prices are not very good. What do you think the Princesse worth?

Album. Cousins[4] 81 Southampton Row was the maker of the Folio & his price for [p. 2] a Folio to contain 20 photos is 10/- each - & to contain 40. they would be £–.12/6 each. For 200 with 20 photos the price is no less than £100. If [sic] a few days we shall write definitely to put the matter in proper form[.] We wait the second set of photos to decide

Nocturne Cremorne[5]. We have sent this to Richards[6], & it will be sent to you with the others he has as directed.

Frames & Cleaning. L. Huth[7] is the only one who has definitely refused to pay & we have been compelled to cancel his account. Potter[8] has paid for his cleaning, but does not see his way to pay for the Frames. For the [p. 3] others the enclosed notes will give you the latest details[9].

We have paid Richards & Grau[10] up to date also.

Yours vy truly
