Monday night

Dear Whistler,

I am - just at bedtime - sending you a rough sketch of the proceedings[3] - I meant to have re-written it, but shall hardly have time - I think if you pay attention to the dates, it will give you a fair idea - the pen seems to have dropped on the floor - and makes writing hideous & fatiguing tiresome - I wish I could look you up for two or three days, but shall have to still look forward to that pleasure - I have been writing a few more things which I shd like you to see -

With kind regards to Mrs Whistler[4],
Yrs sincerely,

Albert Moore
