This list is written in JW's hand, in pencil. The etchings listed are Lord Wolseley (K.164), possibly A Child on a Couch, No.2 (K.125), possibly Nocturne: Salute (K.226), Alderney Street (K.238), Regent's Quadrant (K.239), and possibly Chelsea Wharf (K.89). Although there were several 'Nocturnes' and many Chelsea subjects, this list corresponds closely to a list of sales dated 1 November 1886 (#13010). The final print in that list was 'Miss Franklin' (possibly Maude, Standing (K.114) or Maude, Seated (K.115)) but this does not help explain the illegible word in this, the original list.
