Sir, -

I am directed by the President to send you his Compliments and furthermore to request say that he wants the exact amounts of the sales of the Society in the summer & winter exhibitions for the years 1881, 1882, 1883, 1884, 1885, 1886, 1887, and this last summer's exhibition 1888.

At the same time he wishes also the total number of visitors to the Galleries during the summer and winter exhibitions of the above years.

Kindly let the Keeper at once make out a clear table of the statistics from the business books of the Society for the President, that he may have this by tomorrow,
