With reference to previous correspondence I am directed by the Secretary of State[2] to transmit to you herewith the Address of Congratulation to the Queen[3] from the Society of British Artists which has been returned to this Department by Her Majesty: and I am to inform you that Mr. Matthews[4] would now be glad if you would be so good as to have the alteration referred to in the last paragraph of your letter of the 10th[5] Inst. made in the Address.
