110 Rue du Bac. Paris -
My dear Nellie -
I am awfully sorry you are in trouble - and I hope this will be of some good - This is a bad time of the year - so that must be my excuse for for doing no better myself! -
How is Willie[4]? - I have gotten on pretty well so far through the winter - with a squeeze by the influenza [p. 2] once or twice - But I am worked pretty hard! and I am writing this in bed -
Thursday - this must go immediately - I am late! -
Affectionately
J McN. Whistler
