BEEFSTEAK CLUB,
KING WILLIAM STREET,
STRAND, W. C.

I am simply to [sic] tired for any thing my dear Nellie! - scarcely able to keep an eye open long enough to tell you how pleased I shall be to dine with you on Friday - only I must go away early - so early! because of Various -

Also about the throat dinner[4] - I am afraid "I can't get" for I find that I am [p. 2] or was or will be engaged to dine with Mde. du Quaire[5]! -

However will tell you all one of [illegible] these days! - -

Love to all
and Willie[6]
