2.  Mabel Collins
Mabel Collins (1851-1927), journalist and theosophist [more], was a member of the Theosophical society, and her ideas may well have interested JW. In this letter, JW's style of writing is deliberately obscure.

3.  Flower
Mabel Collins published a novel, In The Flower of her Youth (London, 1883).
