James William Wimsett (b. ca 1809), nurseryman at Ashburnham Park, King's Road, Chelsea. JW had already received a writ from Hughes (see JW to J. A. Rose, #08751). He remained unable to pay the debt and Wimsett's name appears as a creditor in his bankruptcy papers (#11711). Other papers relating to this case may be found at #11889, #13741, #13742, #13743.
