Identity:
Thomas Cyprian Williams was a barrister, and a Bencher of Lincoln's Inn, London. His wife Helen Rosalind Campbell was painted with her daughters by Philip Wilson Steer (Tate Gallery).
Life:
Williams was also a collector. He is mentioned in JW's correspondence in 1889.
