Thomas ('Tom') Hunt was a genre painter and watercolourist.
Life:
Hunt studied in Glasgow, Leeds and Paris before settling in Glasgow where he became a regular exhibitor at the Royal Academy (1881-1904) and at the New Watercolour Society. In 1892, Hunt's name was on the list of artists who had promised to contribute to an endowment fund for Queen Margaret College, Glasgow (#03987).
