Walter J. Donne was a landscape painter.
Life:
He studied under Bonnat in Paris. He became a frequent exhibitor at the London exhibitions including the Royal Academy, New English Art Club and the Royal Institute of Oil Painters.
He is referred to in JW's correspondence about 1891.
