Félix-Hilaire Buhot was an etcher.

Life:

He was a friend of JW's brother-in-law, Francis Seymour Haden. His etchings, incorporating decorative borders and insets, were highly decorative. JW must have known his work, but he is not mentioned in correspondence until after Buhot's death, when an exhibition of his work was planned for the Musée du Luxembourg (see #05095).
