Arthur Cadogan Blunt, an artist, was the son of the rector of Chelsea, Rev. Gerald Blunt.
Blunt was a painter, black and white artist and designer. He worked at Glebe Studios, Glebe Place, London from 1889-90. In London he exhibited at the Grosvenor Gallery, Royal Institute of Oil Painters and Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours. He was a friend of JW.
