Identity:
H. Reynolds Bloomer was a London based landscape painter, possibly of American origin.
Life:
Bloomer exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists, Grosvenor Gallery and New Gallery. He was a member of the Chelsea Art Club in 1891.
He seems to have lived at various times at addresses in New York, Chelsea and Cookham Dene, Berkshire.
