George Grosvenor Thomas was a landscape painter and watercolourist.
Life:
Born in Sydney, Australia, he was largely self-taught. He exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts and Dowdeswell's Gallery amongst others. He was a member of the Royal Scottish Watercolour Society from 1892-1908 and of the Pastel Society.
