I am directed by the Provisional Committee of the Society of Illustrators to invite your acceptance of a Vice-Presidency. Enclosed I send you copies of the proposed Rules & Objects of the Society, & I may add to the information therein contained the fact that up to the present we have enrolled 190 members.
