Identity:
Horace W. Page was the Secretary of the International Society of Sculptors, Painters and Gravers.
Life:
Page was acting secretary of the ISSPG during JW's presidency in 1899.
The 1901 census records a 30 year old Horace Page, who was born in Plumstead in Norfolk, and currently living in Putney, who was the managing secretary of the 'slating club' (possibly 'skating'). This could feasibly refer to the fact that the ISSPG held its initial exhibitions at the Princes' Skating Club in Knightsbridge.
