B. De Courrière, was possibly Berthe Courriere, called Mme de Courriere, who was an author.
Mme de Courrière wrote for the Mercure de France in Paris, having been introduced by Remy de Gourmont. She was the inspiration for J.-K. Huysmans' character Hyacinthe Chantelouve in his novel La-Bas. It was Courrière who introduced Huysmans to Abbé Mugnier, who converted Huysmans to Catholicism.
